If you are currently with another New Zealand mobile provider, you may be able to keep your current mobile number when you move to Spark. This is also known as porting your number.

The whole process is pretty easy. And don't worry, your phone won't be out of action during the port.

The transfer will normally start when we receive this order.

Services are available Monday to Friday 8am-5pm. Requests placed on a Friday may not commence until the following Monday.

Note - if you have chosen a contract term you may be subject to disconnection.
