From May 2014 any accounts delivered by post (ie
paper bills) will be charged a fee. If you would like to receive online invoices (ie
paperless bills) you will need to change your 'paperless billing' account settings via the
setup tab within Cost Manager.
* It is my responsibility to select the paper/paperless account setting for each of my accounts within Cost Manager, by default I will receive a paper bill.
