Home Wireless Broadband is a fast broadband service for residential customers.
It connects your home to our network via a 4G wireless connection to your house. That means the throughput on your connection should be higher than ADSL broadband.
Home Wireless Broadband runs on the Spark 4G network.
We have two Home Wireless Broadband packages:
Home Wireless Broadband and Landline
This package comes with a landline and a phone number as well as your broadband. The landline connects you to the public phone network so you can make local, national, international and mobile calls from your Landline.
Home Wireless Broadband
This is broadband only. You don't get a landline or phone number.
Home Wireless Broadband may be offered in certain areas within the Spark 4G coverage area.
This package comes with a landline. Local calls are free.

If you reach your monthly data cap, you will automatically receive 10GB of additional data for $10. Once you exceed this, you can purchase data extra(s) of 10GB of data for $10 through MySpark.
Choose a 12 month contract and you'll get a free standard connection and a modem.
Get a standard connection and modem on us but you'll need to return the modem if you cancel your plan or a fee will apply. The fee will be waived if you stay for 2 years or more. Details on fee and how to return are set out in the Wireless Broadband terms.
If the modem needs to be posted to you, a postage and handling fee of $14.95 will apply.
You have 2 contract options:
1. 12 month contract
2. If you don't choose a 12 month contract, you can cancel the service any time, on 30 days notice. You'll need to return the modem if you cancel your plan or a fee will apply. The fee will be waived if you stay for 2 years or more. Details on fee and how to return are set out in the Wireless Broadband terms.
If you're on a 12 month contract, you'll need to pay a fee of $199 if you cancel the contract early.
If you want to cancel your broadband service, you'll need to give us 30 days notice.
We don't place any artificial speed restrictions on our Home Wireless Broadband plans. This means that you will receive the best speed we can provide at any point in time. In the future we may have to amend this policy to ensure we continue to provide our customers the best possible experience on our network. If we make any changes to this policy which will have a material impact on you we will let you know.
We don't run a Fair Use Policy on any of our Home Wireless Broadband plans.
Your broadband service requires mains power to operate. If power is not available (e.g. during an outage), your broadband and any services which run over it, may stop working. This means that in the event of a power outage you will not be able to use the wireless landline to make calls to emergency services. We recommend having a fully charged mobile phone on hand at all times, or using an uninterrupted power source (UPS) to keep your broadband and landline service working in the event of a power outage.
This service does not come with a copper phone line. This means that services that use a standard copper landline, such as some medical alerts, monitored home alarms, faxes, the interactive features of SKY digital or PABXs are incompatible with Wireless Broadband.
Home Wireless Broadband and Landline packages also come with a landline. Your local calls are free. We do charge for national, international and mobile calls, but have a range of calling plans to suit most people.
